This class begins with water acclimation and exhaling under water. Swimmers then learn to be comfortable
submerging the face while on their tummies in the water and getting ears wet while on the back. Students then
focus on floating without support and coordinating kicks with front and back floats. Students must be able to float
independently on stomach and back before moving into Swim Basics.

before moving into Swim Basics.
Swim Basics (SB): $90.00 per 8-week session

In Swim Basics children work on developing their strokes for Freestyle and Backstroke. They also learn
rhythmic breathing together with their armstrokes and kicks. In addition, safety skills are a part of all the swimming
classes.
Stroke Technique (ST): $90.00 per 8-week session

Class ratio 4:1
This level focuses on perfecting the freestyle and backstroke and mastering rhythic breathing while improving
the swimmer's endurance. The swimmer is also introduced to the breaststroke at this level.
Stroke Proficiency (SP): $90.00 per 8-week session
(8 classes)
This level focuses on increasing freestyle and backstroke endurance while fine tuning those strokes.
Swimmers also continue with developing their breaststroke and learn the butterfly stroke. Students learn open turns,
treading water and racing dives as well as water safety skills.
Competitive Stroke Training (CST):
$112 per 8-week session

50-60 minute class
This level is designed for pre-competitive and novice competitive swimmers. This class builds and
fine tunes stroke mechanics while focusing on strength, starts and flip-turns.
Private Lessons
Single - one child $35 single $125 set of four
Semi-private - two children $50 single $180 set of four
These classes are designed for the child who has fear of the water. Kids or adults who may
have extreme fear or who need extra attention in regards to learning to swim. It can also be beneficial for kids
who need extra attention with their competitive stroke.
