Since we are so commonly asked this question we felt it would be great to answer on our website.

Q:  Why don't we offer make-ups for swimming?

A:   Since our class size is 4:1 and because low student-to-teacher ratio is one of our selling points, we will not take the liberty to assume that putting your child into another class and making the class count five would be acceptable to the other four parents.  When we close our pools due to a malfunction or due to an unforseen accident in the pool, we try to ALWAYS offer you the choice between a make-up lesson or a credit on your account.  If there is a situation when a make-up lesson is not possible then we always do our very best to make you happy.

It is our vowed intention to teach your child to swim.

Please understand then when you run late at work or your child has a friend's birthday party to attend, we will not ask the other parents to sacrifice their child's prescious time in the water as we would also not ask it of you.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding that the spot you have paid for is reserved for you.  We cannot fill that spot with someone else when you are gone.

Thank you for your understanding.
