Elite Competitive Gymnastics Association is a non-profit organization
meant to primote, sponsor and foster competitive gymnastics.
-
Our competitive season runs from Late November through The beginning of May.
-
Did you know that last year was the first year that ECGA picked up the
tab for a meet fee? It's true, we paid the State Entry Fees for every girl whose ECGA account was caught up and in good
standing and whose work credits were complete! We intend on doing this again, possible paying for home meet fees as
well! That would be a huge savings to each family. We cannot do this without your support. We need
volunteers for the chair positions and at both home mets.
-
The team commitment Agreeent requires each faily levels 4-10 to work at least 5 (five) work
sessions per season. Families of level 3 athletes are required to work at least 1 (one) work session per season.
-
The Snowflake Meet will be held the weekend of December 14-15, 2007 and the Teddybear Invitational
will be the weekend of March 14-15, 2008. There will be many positions available to work at these meets. We will
try to get the sign-up sheet out at least two-weeks before a gymnastics meet.
-
There are still a few chair positions for this season. These are posted on the ECGA
Bulletin Board along with the amount of credit available for each chair that you sign up for.
-
There are many opportunities available for fund raisers that are not posted. The
board is always getting new promotions. If you would like to look into what we have, please give Gina
Skiles a call.
Money raised for fund-raisers and put into your ECGA account cannot transfer and wil not
be reimbursed. 2007-2008 Board Members
